Presidency University PG Admission 2024

Presidency University PG Admission 2024-25 has started for MA and MSc programs, and the last date to submit the application form is 18 March 2024. The admission to PG courses offered by the Presidency University is conducted based on students' results in the state entrance exam conducted by the WBJEEB. Admission to the LLM course is done based on applicants' results in the PULAT exam.

The completion of a bachelor's degree in the relevant subjects is the minimum requirement for admission to PG courses. For admission to an MBA programme, applicants must take national or state-level entrance exams such as the CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT, among others. Applicants for the MA and MSc courses must take the PUBDET Exam.

Presidency University Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a citizen of India.
• There is no upper or lower age limit.
• Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 system) conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or any equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Candidate must pass any of the aforementioned examinations, with at least five recognized subjects (full marks of each not less than 100),including English language and excluding Environmental Science. The Aggregate Marks are to be calculated considering scores in the best four recognized subjects.
• Candidates with International ‘A’ level or International Baccalaureate qualifications must have at least three subjects at the IGCSE level and three subjects at the ‘A’ level, with English in either of the two levels.
• The candidate must secure a minimum aggregate score in percentage as per the following table in his/her qualifying examination in (10+2)^th standard.
