The entries are based on a valid GATE rank obtained during the GATE exam. If there are not enough qualified GATE candidates, they are admitted based on the university/government entrance test. Candidates with a valid GPAT score may also be admitted to M-Pharm. For selecting PhD students in Fine Arts the results of the UGC NET, JRF or VBRET are considered.
