Students can pursue multiple BA courses in several specializations like Bengali, English, Oriya, Philosophy, Economics, Comparative Religion, Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology, maths, geography, history, etc. 

Students can apply for PhD courses as well, and the eligibility criteria to enroll in one of them is having a PG degree from a recognized university with a 50% aggregate. Students can choose the subjects in their specialization according to their interests and previous educational background.

Visva Bharati University Entrance Exam 2026-27

Visva Bharati University entrance exam (CUET ) registration has started for the 2026-27 academic year. The entrance exam for admission is counted by the National Test Agency, so candidates must apply on the official web portal to appear in the entrance examination.
