Admission to the diploma and the undergraduate degree courses offered by Kota University is done based on the marks scored by the candidates in their 10+2 board examination. However, the university conducts entrance examinations for admission to postgraduate degree courses such as MA, MSc, MCom, MSW, etc. which are offered by the university.

Eligible applicants for the MTech courses will also be GATE-qualified applicants. To secure admission to the MBA course, the candidates have to score well on the CMAT. Acceptance of MCA is based on Rajasthan's master's test of computer application acceptance (RMCAAT). Kota University is conducting a separate entrance test and an interview to offer MPhil & PhD admission. Qualified candidates are also eligible for application are CSIR NET / GATE / UGC NET or another equivalent test.

Aspirants can get an MBA course if they have at least 55% marks in their graduation degree with good CMAT results. Aspirants must have UG marks sheets with 50% marks to get admission to MTech courses. Similarly, for MA, and MSc courses, aspirants must have a graduation degree with good marks. The University of Kota offers LLM courses on a self-finance basis. PG Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathic Science and Certificate in Tourist Guide are the 2 short-term courses offered at the University of Kota.

University of Kota UG Admission 2024-25

Kota University Admission to the various UG courses such as BA, BCom, BSc, BPEd, BEd, etc, will open on 10 May 2024* by inviting the online application form at @uok.ac.in. Kota University UG Admission Form 2024-25 last date will be 18 June 2024*, and the applicants must apply online before the deadline date with an application fee of INR 600. Kota University Admission process is based on merit scores achieved in class 12th, and students must have passed out from 10+2 with a of 50% to 60% and then be selected by the University. Accordingly, last year's fee structure for UG courses is INR 15,000/-.

Kota University Admissions to UG courses are offered for courses like B Pharma, BSc (Physics),BSc (Maths),or BSc (Biology) with a time duration of 3 years for the courses. In B Pharma lateral entry is open. Students get admission to 3rd-semester directly. There are only 80 seats for the Bachelor of Pharmacy. Whereas in B.Sc. (Hons. Course) Physics and B.Sc. (Pass Course) Biology Group have 40 seats in the university.

Kota University MBA Admission 

UOK PG admission for MBA courses will open online. The application window is open for various courses such as MBA-IB (International Business),MBA (General), MBA (Hospital Administration),etc. Kota University MBA registration date 2024 will be announced in the second week of July. The application form fee is Rs 1000 for general courses. But, for reserved category students, the registration fee is Rs 800. The university will soon start accepting online application forms for MBA International Business and MBA Hospital Administration. There are 30 and 20 seats for each course respectively.

Kota University MSc Admission 2024

Kota University offers admission to 2 years of master of science courses under the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, Pure and Applied Physics, CS and Informatics, Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Zoology, Mathematics, Life Sciences, and Wildlife Sciences. Kota University Exam Form 2024 has been released on the official website for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semesters. Kota University exam form 2024 last date was 18 February 2024. Kota University Admission Eligibility Criteria

If the student takes the UOK Admission2024 in Bachelor's courses then the student must have passed the 12 standards. If the student takes Kota University admission in Postgraduation then a graduation degree is a must. For the PhD admission, The candidate must have a post-graduation degree.

For UOK B Pharma Admission: (A) Fresh Admission (in I Sem.) The candidate shall have passed a 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state / central government authorities recognized as equivalent to a 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM),and/or Biology (PCB/PCMB) as optional subjects individually. (B) Lateral Entry (to III Sem.): A candidate who passed in D.Pharm. course from an institution approved by the PCI under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act may take admission to B. Pharm. III sem.

Kota University B.Sc. (Pass Course) Mathematics  Admission: Passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with Mathematics as an additional subject from any recognized board.

For UOK B.SC Hons Physics Admission:

• Passed higher school exam (12th) with PCM from the approved state/central board.
• Rajasthan state aspirants will need to obtain 55 Percent for admission.
• Other state candidates can get the KOTA B.SC Hons Physics three-year degree admission with a score of 60 Percent in 10+2.

For UOK Integrated MCA admission: Passed 10+2 examination with  Mathematics / Statistics / Accountancy as compulsory subjects. Min. Marks required in Qualifying Examination: Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to the reserved categories) in the above subjects taken together.

Note: Kota University (UOK) offers concession in percentage to Defense personnel. They get a 3% relaxation in aggregate percentage at the time of Kota University admission.
