Nalanda Open University Admission 2025-26 | NOU, Last Date, UG & PG Courses

NOU Admission 2025-26: Nalanda Open University offers 80+ courses admission at UG, PG, and Doctoral levels such as BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BEd, MA, MCom, MSc, MBA, MCA, PhD, etc in various specializations. Admission to the Nalanda Open University for the January academic session will open soon. 31 March 2025* will be the last date to apply for all the UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses. The applicants can apply online by paying INR 300 as an application form fee for UG and PG courses admission. NOU admission is based on merit scores (academic performance of the student) for all courses. NOU came into existence in March 1987. It is recognized by UGC-DEB.

NOU Admission 2025-26

Nalanda Open University for various Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, and Diploma Courses for the 2025-26 academic session will start soon. NOU admission 2025 last date will be 31 March 2025*. NOU UG Admission 2025

Registration process for the academic cycle 2025-25 will soon commence for the Undergraduate courses. 31 March 2025* will be the Nalanda Open University admission 2025-26 last date. The University of Bihar (NOU) offers admission to its UG courses based on the merit score. There are various popular courses provided at the UG level such as BA, BCom, BLis, BSc, and others. Students have to fill out the admission form at the university's official portal @nou.ac.in. 

Interested students who want to be admitted to the NOU UG course, are advised for them to keep an eye on the official website for the opening of applications. The eligibility criteria to apply for UG courses, students must have passed 10+2 with a minimum mark of 45%. The application charge is merely Rs 350/- for UG courses.

Nalanda Open University BA Admission

NOU BA Admission 2025-26 will be start soon for the academic cycle. 31 March 2025* will be the Nalanda Open University BA admission 2025 last date. Applicant must pass the intermediate class (10+2) from any stream and can fill out the application form. Students must pay a registration fee to confirm their NOU Admission 2025-26. Nalanda Open University B.Lis Admission 2025

Nalanda Open University Bachelor of Library Science admission 2025-26 will soon start for the session. 31 March 2025* will be the last date to submit the online application. Candidates will get direct admission to this UG-level course if they fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned by Nalanda Open University's official website. The basic eligibility for NOU BLis admission is 10+2 from the recognized board/council with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. NOU Blis registration form is Rs 450. Final confirmation of admission will be given to students after verifying the documents.

NOU B.Ed Admission 2025

NOU will start the online application form for its BEd course. नालंदा ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी बीएड Admission 2025 last date will be 20 February 2025*. The university considers Bihar CET scores only for BEd courses. Once examination results are out, the applicants will be called to Nalanda Open University for BEd admission counseling on its official website. Students only will allowed after passing BEd CET with good scores. The entire process will be online however students have to visit the university campus for document verification.

Nalanda Open University Admission to B.Ed two-year UG degree program after a valid score in CET. Offline mode will be used for the B.Ed CET Entrance test. The CET exam lasts two hours and consists of 120 questions. Students who have passed will be summoned to the counseling session. NOU Admission 2025 BEd fee is about INR 25000 and a special discount for female candidates of 25%. 

Nalanda Open University PG Admission 2025

NOU has started accepting online application forms for its postgraduate courses. Students who want to get enrolled in any NOU’s PG program in the 2025-26 session can get the admission forms via the university’s official website. NOU PG Admission 2025 last date will be 31 March 2025*. Students have to complete the registration process before the deadline at the university official portal @nou.ac.in. NOU Admission will start soon for several PG courses like MA in Economics, MSc in Physics, MA in Home Science, MCom, MSc in Environmental Science, and many more. Nalanda Open University MBA Admission 2025

Nalanda Open University MBA Admission 2025 is based on students' qualifying scores. Students who have completed their graduation from a recognized university were eligible to apply for NOU MBA Admission. To select candidates the university uses the First Come First Serve basis. Currently, the university is not offering an MBA programme.

NOU MA Admission 2025

Registration process at Nalanda Open University Master of Arts course will start soon for 2025-26 session. 31 March 2025* will be the last date to submit all the necessary documents at the university. Students can collect the NOU MA application form and prospectus by raising the Demand Draft. Those who are taking admission will have to take admission and deposit the amount by filling out the DD of the amount INR 400. Candidates must have a basic eligibility of clearing the bachelor's with minimum passing marks. 

Nalanda Open University MSc Admission 2025

NOU Admission to the MSc course is based on the marks scored in the entrance exam conducted by the university. A Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 60% and no backlogs or compartments is required of all students. Before the application's deadline of 31 March 2025* students may complete it.

NOU PhD Admission 2025-26

Nalanda Open University will open the admission portal for the Doctoral courses soon for the academic session 2025-26. NOU PhD admission 2025 last date will be 31 March 2025*. Before filling out the form, students must first fill out the registration form by writing the correct email address and choosing the right country associated with the name. The university offers phd courses in 6 specializations over a duration of 4 years.

NOU Entrance exam 2025

Students from Nalanda Open University's MA, M.Sc, M.Com, and MCA programs who failed, missed, or were expelled from the previous year's examination are eligible to retake the NOU entrance exam 2025.

This is done in consideration of the student's best interests. And for BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, and BBA, Part-I, Part-II, and Part-III failed in the prior year's examination, NOU Admission 2025-26 is done based on the marks scored in the entrance test conducted by the university.

NOU B.Ed Entrance Exam 2025

Nalanda Open University conducts a B.Ed Entrance exam to select the students for admission each year. The test is for 2 hours multiple-choice questions are asked during the test. There are 2 papers held in the test. One is a common subject for all while another is a subject specified.
