Delhi University MBA Admission 2024 has started for the Faculty of Commerce and Business, Delhi School of Economics, and Department of Commerce. Delhi University PhD Admission last date is 22 September 2024 for the eligible candidates. NTA started the Phase 2 registration process for the DU PhD Entrance Exam on 09 August 2024. DU PhD admission registration fee is INR 750, which is non-refundable at Delhi University.

DU Entrance Exam 2024-25

DU Entrance Exams are CUET UG, CUET PG, JEE Mains, NCET, CAT, NTA PhD, UGC NET, CSIR NET, and NET JRF for the session 2024-25. DU LLB Entrance exam 2024 is CUET PG earlier is CLAT. However there is no clearance about BA LLB, it will be either CUET UG or CLAT 2024. Once, the university will clarify we will update you. Candidates are admitted to DU's LLB program after passing the DU LLB entrance exam. During the exam, you will be asked to answer 100 questions within 120 minutes. The DU LLB Entrance Exam paper is only available in English.

Delhi University PhD Entrance Exam 2024

DU PhD entrance exam will be conducted on 26 October, 27 October, 30 October and 31 October 2024 across various cities in Computer Based Mode (CBT). The second phase examination will be conducted by NTA. The performance of the candidates in this test is the base for the further admission process. Students who secure good marks in the DU PhD entrance exam are called for personal interviews. There will be a 120-minute time limit for the written test. Except for certain foreign language courses, such as Persian, which may feature short-answer questions, the exam will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQ). 45-50% overall is the cutoff score for the entrance exam. The PhD admission official portal will be notified of the shortlist of candidates and the interview dates.

DU NCWEB Admission 2024-25

NSWEB admission 2024 registration has been started by Delhi University on 26 April 2024. NCWEB Admission registration is going on for the Undergraduate (UG) degree programmes. DU NCWEB Admission 2024-25 last date is 25 May 2024. So, Candidates who are curious to apply must fill out the online registration form by going to @ncwebadmisssion.uod.in. The DU NCWEB admissions 2024 is for female applicants who are unable to attend regular sessions, The Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board-NCWEB, Delhi University, will organize a special campaign. The UG courses it provides include B.Com and BA courses. Six years is the maximum time allowed to finish these courses.

To take the exam, students must have at least 65-70% attendance. During the Saturday and Sunday programmes, there are 26 UG centres available for female students. Entrance to the programme is determined by a cutoff set by the authorities and based on merit.

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be qualified for admission to UG Programmes at Delhi University-

• The primary requirement for admission to all UG programs at DU 2024 is completing Higher Secondary Education (10+2) with at least 40-45% overall aggregate marks from recognized boards.
• Candidates must have finished their Higher Secondary Education(10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required courses have a minimum aggregate of 55-60% to be eligible for admission to B.Tech (IT & Mathematical Innovations) programmes.
• Candidates for admission in B.El.Ed(Bachelor of Elementary Education) must have earned at least 45-50% of the aggregate marks in the Intermediate examination from any recognized board.

DU Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria For PG Programmes

Admission to Postgraduate programs at DU is provided in the streams of the Faculties/Departments of Arts, Commerce, Science, and other disciplines. At DU, MA, M.Com, and M.Sc are the most popular PG programs.

• The primary requirement for PG admission at DU is completing a bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university.
• Candidates seeking admission to MA programs must have completed a BA degree in the relevant field.
• For admission to the M.Sc programme, candidates must have completed a B.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subject with at least 50-55% aggregate marks.
• For admission to the M.Com programme, candidates must hold a B.Com degree or equivalent degree.
• For admission to the M.Tech programme, candidates must have completed a B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in the relevant field with at least 55-60% aggregate marks.
• For admission to the MCA programme, applicants must have at least 55-60% in their UG degree programme with mathematics as a required subject in their 10+2 or hold a certificate from a computer course with a minimum duration of 3 months.
• For admission to the LL.M program, candidates must have earned a 45-50% overall aggregate marks average (40-45% for SC/ST/OBC/CW/PWD categories) in their LL.B degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or foreign university recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi.
• To be admitted to the M.Ed program, a candidate must have completed a B.Ed or its equivalent with at least 45-50% aggregate marks.
• To be admitted to the M.P.Ed program, a candidate must have completed a B.P.Ed or its equivalent or a B.Sc in health and physical education, with at least 45-50% aggregate marks.

What is DU CSAS?

Delhi University Admission for the bachelor's and master's programmes through DU CSAS Portal 2024. Applicants who are going to apply at the University of Delhi need to follow the CSAS Portal 2024 by going to admission. uod. ac. in. CSAS Phase 2 registration is open for students. The 3rd-Phase's seat distribution will be based on the choices made in this phase and recorded on the CSAS portal.

Phase-3 - Allocation-Cum-Admission

Based on their results on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET),students will get college and programme selection in phase 3. According to DU, there would be 3-Phases of normal CSAS allocation-cum-admission before spot admissions are made, pending the availability of open seats.

Delhi University releases the complete schedule for the Common seat allocation cum admission process for the UG courses on the official website. As per the notification, the seat allocation process started on 01 August 2024 and the process continues till 16 August 2024, the classes will commence and spot admission will start if any vacant seats remain. DU CUET 2024

NTA has started the CUET 2024 registration for the postgraduate-level programmes for the academic year 2024-25. DU entrance exam last date to submit the filled-out application form is 05 April 2024. Interested applicants can register for the entrance exam (CUET) by going to the official website at @cuet.samarth.ac.in.

According to a decision made by Delhi University UG and PG admissions would be based on CUET results. Delhi University has published significant notifications regarding the undergraduate or postgraduate. The official announcement is accessible on the DU official portal at admission.uod.ac.in.

According to the university's recently published notification, The Application fee for CUET reservations in the General category is Rs 650/-, for OBC, is Rs 600/- and similarly for reserved category SC/ST students is Rs 550/-. These candidates fall under the minority quota and reserved category.  

Candidates must review the full eligibility requirements before applying for CUET-UG. The participating institutions determine the qualifying requirements for each programme, whereas NTA determines the requirements to appear for the CUET-UG exam. The candidate's Higher Secondary 10+2 education must have been completed by a recognized board for them to be qualified, and for PG candidates, 10+2+3 education must have been completed for the CUET 2024. 

DU Cut Off 2024

The DU cut-off is the standard or criterion used to determine eligibility for admission to the majority of undergraduate programmes at Delhi University. This benchmark (minimum score) relates to the minimum percentage marks an applicant must obtain to be admitted to a specific course or college. No candidates will be considered for admission if they do not meet the minimum requirements for admission or the DU cut-off marks. In other words, the applicant is deemed ineligible for admission if their scores fall below the DU cut-off.

Before last year, cutoff marks based on results from the Class 12th board exam were used to determine admission to DU undergraduate programs. All candidates who satisfied the cutoff requirements specified by the university for a specific course were qualified for enrollment.

However, the cutoff-based admittance system struggled year after year with problems including over-admission, under-admission, and skyrocketing phenomena. In its interim report, the committee recommended an entrance exam-based system of admission after concluding that giving admission based on cutoff is unstable.
