IGNOU Gangtok Admission 2023 The last date to submit the application form for the July session was 20 October 2023. The university has extended the deadline for the UG, PG, Diploma, and PG-Diploma level programs. Gangtok is the city, municipality, largest town, and capital of Sikkim. The population of the town is 1L and is from different ethnicities. And the average literacy rate of Gangtok is 82.17%. Due to this literacy rate, we can assume that the education system of Gangtok is much more developed and still developing.
