IGNOU BPP Admission 2024-25

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Admission for the academic session of 2024-25 has ended for the various programs such as MA, MBA, MCom, BCom, Diploma, and Certificate-level courses and many more, in the January 2024 admission cycle. 31 March 2024 is the deadline for students to submit the online application form for the academic session 2024. Indira Gandhi National Open University does not accept application forms offline mode for the January 2024 session. Candidates can go through the IGNOU official web portal at @ignou.ac.in to apply for the BPP programme. Candidates need to pay a registration fee of Rs. 300/- for the general category and the application fee for the reserved category like SC, ST, and others need t pay is Rs 200/-, and must read all the instructions regarding this application form before starting to fill out the application.

Students will have to upload scanned images of various documents, and while uploading the images, they need to ensure that the size of the image does not exceed the maximum size limit stated in the form submission guidelines.

Indira Gandhi National Open University application fee for the BPP course is Rs 300/-. A Bachelor of Preparatory total course fee is Rs 3500/- which is affordable for the students. IGNOU BPP admission fees can be paid in multiple ways such as Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Demand Draft, and others.

BPP IGNOU Admission Status

After Filling out the IGNOU BPP admission form, students must check their admission status online. The university offers the facility to check whether their admission form is accepted or rejected by the university. Students can check it by using their enrollment number which they get by SMS in their provided number. However, if any students fill out more than 1 form for the same course then, in such case both forms will be rejected.

IGNOU BPP Duration

The duration of BPP IGNOU is 6 months and can be completed in a maximum duration of 1 year. Applicants who have completed their 10 classes but were unable to pursue education till the 12th class and want to study the UG course can apply for the course. The purpose of this course is to assist students who have finished their 10 classes so that they can study for a bachelor's.

IGNOU BPP Eligibility Criteria

IGNOU BPP Admission: Indira Gandhi National Open University does not ask for any formal education qualification to get admission to this course. As the course is equivalent to 12TH education. Then, they will have to earn Bachelor's Preparatory Programme Certification First. Candidates who complete this course will be eligible to apply for any other bachelor’s degree in IGNOU. The minimum age for students should be 18 years to apply for this course.
