• The student must have at least 50% marks either in the graduation Degree or Master's Degree in Social Science/Science Stream/Commerce/Humanity.
• Those students who have 55% marks in the Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology are eligible to apply the application form,
• The appearing student is also welcome to apply.
• Applicants either have studied NCTE-recognized teacher education programs directly trained in service in any elementary school.
• IGNOU offers some reservations to Kashmiri migrants and war widow applicants.
• Students who have obtained master's degrees without first division are not eligible to take Admission to IGNOU BEd course.
