B.Tech Admission 2021-22
Whatever modernity revolution we are witnessing today is all due to engineering; our life is easy and comfortable, the credit goes to engineering. It is a broad field because engineering is behind everything, whatever we see from ground to sky. It is the hard work of engineers that has made our lives so effective.
Many such branches of engineering make people's lives modern, and technocrat branches such as computer science, construction, electronics, space, electrical, mechanical, etc. Along with these, there are many such branches of engineering, due to which science has become so advanced today.
B.Tech is a four-year professional degree course that is divided into eight semesters. Students who have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in class 12th are eligible for engineering. However, it would have been only four years, but students who come after completing B.Sc have a direct entry in the second year, and this admission is called lateral entry for them; the course is of 3 years or six semesters. After completing B.Tech, all the doors are open for the Engineering field in relevant subjects.
BTech Admission 2021-22
Getting admission in B.Tech has always been of considerable interest for the students after completing their class 12th from the science stream. Therefore the competition for getting admission in top reputed colleges has been very high. Most institutions like the IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc., prefer the JEE entrance exam to gain admission to the B.Tech course. At the same time, some of the institutions choose to merit list-based admission for their campus.
Skills Needed In B.Tech
An engineering student is not made only by studies; he should have many other qualities such as engineer should be creative, he should think logically, he should have creative thinking so that he can understand the depth of any problem and able to provide solutions, an engineer must have technical skills as well as interpersonal skills. This is a field where curiosity and necessity are the mothers of invention, and an engineer should always keep his mind open, enhancing his innovation and reasoning skills.
Advantages of B.Tech
After doing B.tech, all the doors of the Science and Engineering field are open, which will help you in your growing career. There are multiple advantages of doing Btech depending upon the Industry skills and subject knowledge of the student. Suppose a student did his Btech in Electronics & communication branch then he is eligible to migrate in computer science or Information technology branch. Mostly the IT sector welcomes everyone from any specialization, but the only requirement is basic knowledge of the subject; that is why the IT sector is booming.
If you have thoughts like "how stuff works & why is it needed," these two words are the reason for any invention & research work. If you love and are curious about machines & instruments, programming, software development, then you have to believe that this degree will open you up to limitless opportunities.
Basic eligibility criteria to get admission in B.Tech is students should have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) as a subject in class 12th are eligible for engineering. However, the duration of the course is four years. Still, students who come after completing B.Sc or do some diploma courses are eligible for direct entry in the second year. This admission is called lateral entry for those direct students.
BTech Entrance Exams
Some of the national level entrance exams are organized by IIT's and likewise institutes to qualify the right candidate through their screening process. Some private institutes take admission based on the marks scored in these entrance exams to get admission in B.tech.
The two most important exams to get admission is as follows-
Joint Entrance Exam Mains(JEE): This entrance exam is the door to get admission in premier colleges like the Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT's),National Institute Of Technology(NIT's),Indian Institute Of Information Technology(IIIT's),and some Government Funded Technical Institutes(GFTI). It is a national-level exam for engineering courses. In JEE Advanced, those candidates are eligible who scored rank only to take admission in IITs.
Joint Entrance Exam Advanced: It is only for those students who want to take admission in IITs Only.
B Tech Admission 2021 Government College:

- Civil Engineering: Everything you see around in structure, building, or everything is in Civil Engineering.
Future & Scope Of B.tech
The scope of engineering is very high due to the high demand of engineering graduates to fulfill industry needs. Many big bull companies like TCS Wipro, HCL Accenture Infosys, etc. hiring in bulk and providing jobs, and the growth of the engineering sector is booming. All these companies are IT, And these companies also have their BPO and have a big role in giving opportunities to work within. Civil engineering deals in construction, so all the buildings and structures are a gift from Civil Engineering. All the machines, including vehicles or anything related, are part of mechanical engineering; the list goes on after engineering. You can do Mtech also for higher studies.
