Bihar Agricultural University Admission 2024-25: BAU Admission will soon start for various UG and PG courses such as BSc, MSc, BVSC, MVSC, and other programmes in the field of agriculture. It was founded under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in the year 2010.  As with the act, It is approved by ICAR and UGC. There is a total of 06 colleges in this institute, 05 of which are in Agriculture and the remaining 01 in Horticulture. • Candidates must submit their application form before the deadline of 12 May 2024 (tentative) for the opted course offered by the University. Students who fail to submit their application before the deadline their application will not be validated. 
• Bihar Agricultural University Admission 2024-25

Bihar Agricultural University Admission 2024-25 will start in the month of 20 April 20248* when the university releases the registration form for the entrance test on its official website. BAU admission to offered UG and PG courses is based on both the entrance test and merit list. BCECE Exam is the preferred option for admission to most of the courses in the university. 12 May 2024* is the last date for Bihar Agricultural University Admission 2024-25.

BAU UG Admission 2024-25

BAU UG Admission 2024-25 will be starting on 20 April 2024*, and the last date to apply will be 12 May 2024*. The students will be able to submit the UG course registration form through the official web portal. Bihar Agricultural University conducts admission to UG courses based on the results of students in the BCECE entrance exam. Students can enroll in courses such as BSc Agriculture and BSc Horticulture at the university, with a four-year course schedule and eight semesters.

To get admission to any course offered by the university, students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements announced by the university. For UG admission, the students should have completed class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks from an institution approved by the government. College of Horticulture, Noorsarai, Nalanda has reserved 25 seats for Bihar students.

Bihar Agricultural University PG Admission 

At the PG level, Bihar Agriculture University provides admission for various courses like MSc Agriculture for 2 years. Students who have completed their UG-level studies from the university got approval from UGC.

As the process for admission, BAU conducts an entrance exam based on the results of which the students are selected for 85% of seats. For the remaining 15% of seats, the university looks for the students who have appeared in the All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR.

In the guidelines, the university also states the documents needed to be uploaded in the application form as mandatory. BAU Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

For Bihar Agricultural University  BSc Agriculture Admission: Candidates for admission to different Bachelor’s Degree Program of this University shall be selected through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination conducted each year by the Govt. of Bihar for 85% of the seats. For 15% of the seats, selection would be made by the All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR. The candidate should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Agriculture/ Math from a recognized Indian Board / University.

Birsa Agriculture University Entrance Exam 2024

Every year, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination and the ICAR are held. To be admitted, the student must complete an application form for the admission exam. The student will be admitted if he or she achieves the specified minimum cut-off marks. It is important for students to first prepare for the entrance exam clearance and then only appear for the admission process.
