This was established in the year 1972. It is located in Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga, Bihar 846004. It has conducted various disciplines such as under graduation as well as post-graduation The Lalit Narayan Mithila University is a public university in India. Began in 1972, the university initially functioned from the Mohanpur House at Sara Mohanpur village of the Darbhanga-Sakri route. In 1975, it was shifted to the campus belonging to Raj Darbhanga.
