South Asian University Admission 2024-25:- South Asian University is located in New Delhi. It was established in 2010 by the Government of Eight SAARC Countries. South Asian University admission 2024 examinations dates have been released by the university on its official website for the academic session 2024-25 which is on 29th and 30th April 2024.  The admission in the university is based on the CUET examination marks and the last date to register is 12 March 2024. This University offers a master's and a Ph.D. degree in seven fields Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, International Studies, Sociology, and Legal Studies. This University offers only a full-time program.

The university does not offer an application form by post or mail ID, to enrol in this University candidates have to clear the entrance test. Based on entrance test scores candidates are shortlisted for admission to all master's degrees and PhDs programmes.

South Asian University offers Masters and Ph.D. Degrees in seven streams including Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, International Studies, Sociology, and Legal Sciences such as MA, M.Sc, PhD, and LLM. Students must have a bachelor's degree to enter any master's program and those who wish to admission to a Ph.D. program must have a master's degree. Admission to all the courses offered by SAU is done based on the entrance examination. 

Students who apply for admission to PhD have an additional stage of personal interviews conducted by the university and management. The Master’s degree offered by SAU is a full-time program with a duration of two years and the Ph.D. in SAU is three years. SAU offers 30 seats per course for the master's degree and 4 seats per specialization in Ph.D. degree courses.

South Asian University Admission 2024 application forms for courses such as MA, M.Sc, LLM, and others are available on the university's official website. Aspirants can apply online and must submit the application fee by the SAU's deadlines. The application fee is INR 740, which can be paid with a credit/debit card or through Internet banking.

After successful application, students have to take the entrance examination test. There will be 3 sessions of the entrance examination and the duration will be 2 hrs. The total seats offered for MA & PhD programs are 180.

South Asian University Courses Admission & Fee Structure

South Asian University Eligibility Criteria 2024-25

South Asian University offers master's degrees and Ph.D. programs. The minimum eligibility criteria for SAU admission 2024 in the Master's program is a bachelor's degree with minimum marks of 50% from a recognized university. The students applying for a Ph.D. program must have a master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum mark of 55% from a recognized university. Those students applying for the LLM Program must have 10+2 with a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B or 10+2 with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree +  3-year LL.B degree or 10+2 + a 4-year LL.B degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.

• Click on the link "application form" that shows them in the corner.
• After clicking registration form will come out.
• The applicant has to fill that form with all their details such as name, date of birth, education details, etc.
• Check before the submission of the registration form.

• It will take a few minutes to process
• An applicant has to pay the amount for registration.
