Indian Law Institute Delhi Admission 2022-23

Indian Law Institute located in Delhi and established in 1956. The ILI provides various courses such as LL.M & PG and Diploma Program in many streams. The University also offers online Certificate & P.hd courses in Law. Those candidate wants to take admission in LL.M and & Ph.D. courses. Candidate can apply online through visiting the official website of the University and make a payment of INR 3000 for Ph.D. as well as 2500 for LL.M as application charges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To Apply for LLM Courses, Candidates must be got merit in the National Level Entrance examination conducted by Indian Law Institute such as ILI Common Admission Test (ILICAT).
  • Seeking to Admission in P.G Diploma Programs, The University is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
  • Admission to Ph.D. programs is performed through a written test conducted by the Institute followed by Presentation and Interview.
  • M.Phil passed or UGC NET/ SLET or GATE qualified candidates are exempted from the Ph.D. admission Test. Such candidates have to appear in the interview round only.

How to Apply

  • Candidate needs to go the official website of ILI, Delhi and Click on Apply Online has given the link.
  • Candidate needs to fill all details regarding educational qualification, Personal details and upload the recent photo with signature. The size of the Photo and signature does not exceed more than 50 KB.
  • The candidate makes payment via Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking.

Merit Scholarship

The University provides a scholarship of Rs. 30,000/ per year to the students admitted in ILI. The scholarship is provided the basis of the merit of the All India Admission Test. Only two students admitted to the one-year LL.M Degree program. The scholarship is given to a student in 3 installments, First is Installment is given during  Admission time and 2nd & 3rd is given after the declaration of 1st and 2nd-semester result. The scholarship will be provided only if the candidate obtained GPA/CGPA of A Grade or above in the university examinations and maintain the good academic records

Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship

The University also offers the scholarship to the meritorious students admitted to one-year LL.M Degree programs. (condition if the student needs). The scholarship is decided by the Director after consideration of the committee. The University provides half of the tuition fee of the students.

Gold Medals to Meritorious Students

Gold medals instituted for various courses shall be awarded to the deserving students at the Convocation. The Gold medal shall be awarded to the students with the highest CGPA/ marks in the course for which the gold medals are instituted. The student(s) to be eligible for the Gold Medal, must have cleared all courses in one attempt.
