This university provides two admission modes online mode as well as offline mode. candidates can fill out the online form then attach all the document scan copy and submits the form. If the candidate fills the offline form the then-candidate needs to visit the university website. The candidate downloads the application form from the university website. The candidate fills out the form and sends all self-attested documents. The candidate sends the form by courier as well as the speed post. Candidates can pay the fee by debit card, credit card, and NEFT.

• Aadhar card of the candidate.
• Caste certificate/ orphan certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Valid Certificate issued by the competent authority to show that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer. (Non-Creamy Layer Certificate)
• Physical fitness certificate from any Registered Medical Practioner as prescribed in the application form (if required or demanded by the Chairman Admission Committee).
• No objection certificate from the employer if employed.
• A Passport-size Photograph and scanned Signature are to be uploaded along with the form.
• Students from other universities should produce degree equivalence certificates issued by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
