Nauni University Admission 2026-27

Nauni University admission is open for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the 2026-27 academic cycle. Admission at NAUNI University is done based on the entrance exam, and the students can apply till 01 June 2026. Nauni University PG Admission 2026-27 last date is 20 June 2026. The university begins online registration for MSC Entomology, MSC Food Tech., MSC Seed Science & Tech., MSC Vegetable Science, MSC Plant Pathology, MSC Fruit Science, MBA Agri., business, and more. Admission to YSP University PG will be granted on the entrance test which will be held on 05 July 2026. The admission process is also followed by counselling, group discussion and personal interviews. 

The ICAR will conduct AIEEA PG to offer seats in the MBA and MSC degree programs. Qualified students in CAT, CMAT, and XAT can be exempt from university entrance tests to earn admission to the desired program. Nauni University PhD Admission 2026

Nauni University offers a doctorate level in Horticulture and forestry. There are more than 10 subjects for specialization available in the university and the merit list that is followed by the entrance exam prepares students for PhD admission. Students applying for the PhD course need must have completed a master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 65% marks.

Sc. candidates with a minimum of 60% for general candidates, and 55% for reserved candidates in the corresponding discipline. PhD applicants must receive a master's degree in the discipline concerned. Based on marks in their respective entrance exams, B.Sc. and M.Sc. candidates are selected. Based on written tests as well as interviews, PhD candidates shall be selected.

The HP quota seats/seats open for all shall be filled up in the following manner:-

22.5% of the total seats under the HP quota shall be reserved for scheduled caste (15%) and scheduled tribe (7.5%). The benefit of this reservation shall apply to the bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
