As conceived by Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the then Chief Minister of West Bengal, this temple of learning dedicated to the memory of the poet, has been able to justify to a great extent its existence as a center for promoting, extending and disseminating of Tagore’s ideas in various branches of Visual Arts, Fine Arts and Human Studies. In the year 2001, Rabindra Bharati University, had been accredited and given a four-star status by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council).

Rabindra Bharati University Distance Education Admission 2024-25

Students are invited to attend different courses in May and June at RBU DDE. There may be a delay in admissions due to a pandemic this year. Through newspapers and the RBU DDE website, Ramindra Bharati informs students of new admissions. Fine arts, visual arts, and arts courses are offered at RBU DDE. Students and researchers can pursue studies and research in Bengali, Sanskrit, and English. Sanskrit, Bengali, English, and Vocal Music are among the MA programmes offered by the university.  

• Students can apply for Admission Online.
• If any students want to take admission in PG courses should have a bachelor's degree in relevant subjects.
• Students have to select based on the merit list.
• Qualifying exam marks also included in the Merit list.

University providing well-equipped Central Library Facility by applying fees as detailed Library Caution Deposit: Rs.500/- Library Fee RS. 200/-.

Rabindra Bharati University Distance MA Admission 2024 Fees

RBU DDE provides many of the UG and PG courses. MA courses are also offered at this university. Students must qualify for this course's eligibility requirements in order to enroll in this course. In order to be eligible for this course, applicants must have a bachelor's degree from any of the disciplines with at least the minimum required marks. There is a fee of Rs 8,180 for this course. There is a deadline for Ramindra Bharati University distance education admission 2021 of 30 November 2021. Students have to apply before the deadline.

• Students can download the Admit Card on the official website of the University.
• Click on the "Admit card link".
• Enter the "Admission form number" and download the Admit card.
• Students have to take the printout of the Admit card.

• Students to visit the official website of RBU DDE.
• Click on "Apply Online".
• Register on the official website using the mail id and mobile number.
• Students log in to the Application form by using the Mail id and password.
• Students have to fill up the application form completely and carefully.
• Students can pay the Application fee online for Rs.200 and get the printout of the e-receipt copy.
• After filling the Application form students send the documents and receipt of payment to the university.
