Kannada University Hampi Admission 2023

Kannada University is also known as Hampi University or Hampi Universit. The University is located in Hampi, Karnataka and was established in 1991 and approved by the Government of Karnataka with the goal to improve the Kannada language and to focus the literature, culture, and folklore of Karnataka. The University provides various UG, PG, Integrated, and Doctoral Level Program with a variety of specialization in the field of Fine Arts and Literature, MA, Ph.D. Integrated, Diploma in Sculpture, Diploma In Music, and Bachelor of Fine Arts(BFA). Admission to all the UG, PG, Integrated, and Doctoral Level programs, Students are requested to please check the eligibility criteria at the time of admission. Those candidate wants to take admission in the UG courses, Admission is based on the merit in the pre-qualifying examination. The University is conducting different Entrance examinations for Integrated, PG, and Ph.D. Courses.

  • The candidate can be obtained the application form along with an information brochure from the university campus itself.
  • Only the filled application form is submitted along with all the documents, admission fees and form can be submitted before the last date.

Scholarship 

The University provides a scholarship for the Postgraduate education of single girl children in non-professional courses only. This scholarship is only for one girl child in the family without having any brother. The value of Scholarship is Rs.2,000/ per month for a period of two years only(10 months in the year).  The University provides the Merit-Based scholarship scheme those whom candidate getting University ranks at undergraduate level programs. The Age should be 30 years at the time of admission in PG courses. The University is also offering the scholarship for who got the 1st and 2nd rank at UG Courses, doing in any Postgraduate Course will be awarded the scholarship. apart from this the state government also provided the scholarship amount to the student who is getting the good result in the last qualifying examination, that students can get a good scholarship amount from the government side.

For UG courses , candidate should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks from any recognized board. For PG courses , candidate should have graduation degree with 50% marks from any relevant University.
