For UG program, The selection process merit-based.To apply for PG Programs, a selection is a basis of entrance examination or merit in the qualifying examination. For P.hd programs is done through the basis of written test followed by a personal interview. Candidate can fill the application form to visit the official website of the University and fill-up all required field and candidate must send 3 sets of print admission details along with Demand Draft(DD)/Challan to the University address.

Rani Channamma University provides the scholarship for the National/Internation students. The scholarship for SC & ST candidate for the selection by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment Government of India. For a Ph.D. candidate, Must have obtained 55% marks in the relevant Master Degree and For Master Degree, Candidate must have obtained 55% marks in the Bachelors Programs. The Age must be below 35 years. Those candidates who parent or guardian total income from all sources not more than 6 Lakhs per annum. Not more than two children of the same parents/guardians will be eligible and to this effect, a self-certification will be required from the candidate.
