MUHS Fellowship Admission 2024
MUHS will start the admission process for its Fellowship program for the session 2024-25. The students need to visit the official web portal to apply for the MUHS fellowship program. MUHS Fellowship Admission 2024-25 last date is 20 May 2024*, and the applicants can submit the application form online with a registration fee. The students who have acquired BDS and MDS degrees are eligible to enroll in this program.
MUHS Fellowship Eligibility Criteria
The following points which are mentioned below, are required to be eligible for MUHS Fellowship admission 2024-25.
- A BDS or MDS Candidate with a Recognized Degree from the Dental Council of India will be eligible for the course.
- International candidates cannot register for the course
- Candidate cannot register or enroll for two fellowship courses simultaneously
- IDA Membership is compulsory for admission to the course.
Documents Required for MUHS Fellowship
Participants in fellowship courses approved by MUHS will not be able to take part without original documents. Participants must present a set of self-attested Xerox copies of the following documents at the time of admission, along with the originals, for eligibility clearance. - Nationality / Domicile Certificate issued by Magistrate
- Degree Certificate UG & PG Both (in case PG is completed)
- Central / State Council Registration Certificate (UG & PG) with Additional Qualification Registrations
- Experience Certificate (If applicable, in case of an ongoing academician or working with a government institute)
- Leaving & Transfer Certificates
- Caste Certificate (If applicable)
- Caste Validity Certificate (Mandatory for participants with caste certificate)
- Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (wherever applicable)
- Migration Certificate (If the last degree obtained other than MUHS)
- Gazette copy / Marriage certificate (In case of change in name)
- Educational Gap Certificate (If applicable) In case any additional documents are required by the regulatory body, then participants will have to comply with the same.
