Documents are :- 10th mark sheet. 10th Certificate   12th Certificate and mark sheet. last qualification mark sheet / all semester mark sheets / Provisional Certificate / Certificate of Medical Fitness Proof of Residence. Income proof Degree / Diploma Certificate of the qualifying examination. Migration Certificate Character Certificate Scorecard passport size coloured photographs
