[pgccl] Post Graduate Certificate In Cyber Law

IGNOU PGCCL Admission 2023-24: Indira Gandhi National Open University offers a Degree in POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN CYBER LAW. The minimum duration of PGCCL course is 6 months and the maximum duration is 2 years. The average fee of this course is INR 8,400/- for all students. The last date of fresh admission for July 2022 session is 31 July 2022. Students can apply for admission before the last date. 

The main objectives of the programme are:

• To enable learners to understand, explore and acquire a critical understanding of Cyber Law
• To develop competencies for dealing with frauds, deceptions (confidence tricks, scams) and other cybercrimes such as child pornography, that are taking place via the Internet.
• To make learners conversant with the social and intellectual property issues emerging from ‘cyberspace’.
• To explore the legal and policy developments in various countries to regulate cyberspace.
• To develop an understanding of the relationship between commerce and cyberspace.
