University of Calcutta Admission 2024
Calcutta University is the University of Kolkata. If the candidate takes admission to this university then entrance exams are required to take the admission. Candidate can take the admission in Undergraduate and Postgraduation.
Calcutta University Admission to M.Com, M.Ed., MSc, M.Tech, Law, and B.Tech is dependent on the entrance exams. Calcutta University admission to UG and PG Law programs depends on the score in entrance exams that are conducted by the university. Calcutta University has not declared the entrance exams date of 2019.

Calcutta University Entrance Exams Eligibility criteria
Only those students are given the entrance exams who passed the 12th standard in the year 2016,2017,2018,2019 from a recognized board. The minimum marks criteria are 45%. These are the eligibility criteria for the BA+LLB course for admission. If the candidate belongs to the SC/ ST/ PWD category then the candidate must have 49% marks in the 12th class.
Calcutta University does not provide any syllabus for the BA LLB entrance exam. University entrance exams depend on English, GK, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning state the official website.

University offered access to nearly 4,000 electronic journals for all users of his University campuses under the UGC-INFONET program.
Calcutta University Hostels and halls facility: Hostel of the University provides various facilities for up to 2000 applicants in the University. The University also provides Carmichael Hall which is reserved for Muslim students only (both undergraduate and postgraduate students). Hall is open for women only. University of Calcutta-affiliated college in the city of Kolkata which is no hostel it's self. the doctoral degree is eligible for Research Scholars’ Hostels.
Calcutta University Computer facilities: In the University computer lab all PCS and LAN connections with a high network for every single applicant. Here is also provides LCD, Overhead Projector, and Laboratory. The computer facility is helping all applicants and teachers with new research in academic activity.
Calcutta University has been maintaining a board of health problems for all students. The board has set up a clinic named Goenka Hospital Diagnostic Research Centre. Various kinds of facilities available at the Goenka Hospital for the students, teacher & non-teaching staff.
