SRM Institute of Science and Technology Admission 2024: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has opened the admission portal for the academic session of 2024-25. Students can apply to their desired course by accessing the application forms on the university's website. The last date to apply at SRM IST is 15 June 2024. The institute provides various UG, PG and Doctoral level programs in multiple disciplines, such as management, nursing, science, humanities, medicine, etc. Admission to these programs are provided on the basis of the candidate's merit as well as their scores in a relevant entrance exam.

SRM IST was established in 1985 with the launch of SRM Engineering College in Kattankulathur, situated in Chennai. It later expanded the campus by launching it in Tiruchirappalli, Delhi - NCR, and other parts of Chennai like Ramapuram and Vadapalani. The institute has gained recognition and accreditation from NAAC (A++),UGC, ICAR, NBA, IET, and ABET. It has over 52,000 full time students and 3,200, across its campus. The institute is spread over 250+ acres of green campus. It provides multiple UG, PG and Doctoral programs across its 12 departments, some of which include Engineering & Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, etc. Students also get the option of pursuing any program in Distance and Online Education mode.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology will implement the NEP 2020 for the academic year 2024-25. The NEP 2020Guidelines have instructed institutions to introduce the credit-based system in all their programs. Students enrolled at the institute will also be required to create an ABC ID on the Digilocker Application, an initiative to make documents more accessible to students.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology Admission process has been initiated by the institute with the tentative deadline of 15 June 2024. Students can access the application forms on the official website of the institute - @srmist.edu.in. The institute has 14 departments which enables the students to pursue any of their desired programs, such as MBA, BTech, Mtech, MPT, BPT, MBBS, BCA, BSc, BBA, etc. For the BTech and MTech (integrated) programs, students will have to qualify for the national-level entrance exam of SRMJEE 2024. Similarly, for the management course, they will have to appear and qualify in SRMJEEM 2024. Moreover, students opting for any UG programs must have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board and for PG programs, they must have attained an Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. The application fee set by the institute for its numerous programs is INR 1200.

Admission to the SRM Institute of Science and Technology'sUG programs is currently going on for the 2024-25 academic year. Aspiring students can apply till the last date of 15 June 2024. The institute offers various UG programs in multiple specializations. Some of the UG programs offered by the institute include Btech, BSc, BCA, BBA, BSc, MBBS, etc. Students who want to get admitted to their desired UG program at the institute must meet the eligibility criteria for the same, which is completing 10+2 from a relevant stream with at least 50%.

Additionally, students are required to appear in a relevant entrance exam, such as NEET for MBBS, SRMJEE for BTech, etc. Interested students can apply to their desired program by visiting the institute's official website, @srmist.edu.in. Applicants will be required to pay an application fee of INR 1200 while filling out their application forms.

Admission to the PG programsoffered by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology is ongoing. Candidates who want to enroll in their desired program for the 2024-25 academic year must complete their application forms on the institute's official website - @srmist.edu.in. The last date to apply for the institute's PG programs is 15 June 2024. Some of the programs offered by the institute are MTech, M.Arch, LLM, MSc,MJMC, MBA, etc. Those wanting to pursue MTech at the college must appear and qualify in the SRMJEE 2024 in order to secure a seat. Similarly, those who want to make a career in management and enroll in the institute's MBA program must qualify in the SRMJEEM 2024. The eligibility criteria for the institute's PG programs also require the applicants to have completed their graduation in a relevant field from a recognized university/college.
