The PhD Registration Committee of the relevant faculty will review all applications that the University receives on or before the deadline. The Committee will next review the applications and, following its confirmation that all applicants meet the qualifications, interview them. Each applicant must submit their PhD protocol to the PhD Registration Committee, either with or without their guide.

Within three months after the latest date specified for the acceptance of applications, the committee shall suggest the names of the chosen candidates to the Vice-Chancellor for provisional registration. The last day for the chosen applicants to pay the required fees in the relevant speciality will be the date when the provisional registration becomes effective. After fees are paid, they cannot be refunded.
