JNCASR Eligibility Criteria

For MS By Research and Ph.D. Programs, The Admission is based on the interview conducted by JNCASR or get the score/ranked in GATE/ GPAT/ JEST/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ ICMR JRF/ DBT JRF or INSPIRE JRF Entrance Exam. For Integrated P.Hd Courses, The candidate must have appeared in the written test followed by an Interview at Bangalore and JAM qualified candidate are also eligible for this course. Merit in the qualifying examination is the minimum criteria for admission. Final JNCASR admission will be offered on the basis of Interview.

JNCASR provides summer fellowships for two months to bright UG and M.Sc students who studying in India. All the Fellowships are supported by Department of Science & Technology, Govt of India.
Research fellows are paid travel expenses and a monthly stipend of Rs.6000. There is a scholarship for every student who is Joining JNCASR and The Univesity offers 15000 per month - MS student 25000 per month - Ph.D. student 28000 per month - last 2 years of Ph.D. Plus you have funds from institutions to go foreign conference once on their expenses.
