International Institute for Population Sciences Distance Education(IIPS) is located at Mumbai, Maharashtra and was established in 1956. It also offers the consultancy to the Government and Non-Government organizations and other academic institutions. The University starting Distance Education from 1994. It provides one course at postgraduate level through distance learning mode for its candidates.
Eligibility Criteria

• To apply for Master of Population Science(M.P.S),The candidate must have passed Post-graduation in the relevant subject.
  
• A student must have passed master degree from any recognized University/Board.
  
• The student is going to be selected basis of their qualifying degree.

Interested student may register itself by submitting a processing fee of INR Rs.500/-along with completed application forms and all the necessary documentation. There is no need to pay a processing fee for only SC/ST/PH candidates.

For all the course, Admit cards will be available on the official website of the University, Those candidates want to check or download the admit card please visit the official website of the University. The student can access to see or download admit only through a log in the portal using valid email Id or Password. Admit card is mandatory to enter the examination hall So please carry the Admit cards. Without admit card, Student cannot attend the exam. The admit card keep all the details of students such as Student name, Exam Center, Subject Name, and Exam Time.

How To Apply?

The candidate can apply the admission form through Online/Offline Modes. The candidate must visit the University website and fill the admission form and submit it and make a payment of application fees through Online Mode like as Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.

• Candidates must possess a master’s degree from any recognized university in any of the social sciences including any of the following disciplines: Mathematics, Statistics, Health & allied subjects.
• Preference will be given to those candidates who are having experience in population, Health and /or in allied areas

Candidates can obtain the application form and prospectus in person or through post by sending a self-addressed Rs. 50/- to the University address.
