Indira Gandhi Institute Of Development Research Admission 2024-25

The application form is online in which the applicants can submit the form for a fee through the website of Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research. When the results are announced, the merit list is published. Selected candidates must appear once for an online interview.

The Institute also offers a Master of Philosophy and Ph.D. Program in Development Studies and a Master of Science Program in Economics. The Institute has one of the largest social science libraries in Asia.

 Candidates must have MA/M.Sc. In Economics / M Estate. /M.Sc. (Physics or Maths or Environmental Science or Operations Research) With an average of at least 55% in Economics and 60% for other subjects. It is also important to study mathematics during higher secondary school.

IGIDR Eligibility Criteria 2024-25

IGIDR Selection Process

The university will select the student based on the Online Exam/ Entrance Exam and another one is Interview. All the candidates will be selected on the based online entrance examination and an interview. an online entrance test will be taken separately for M.Sc. and M.Phil./Ph.D. candidates.  The selected candidates must appear for a round of online interviews for the final part of the admission procedure.
