SCHOLARSHIP FOR M. TECH. STUDENTS
- The DRDO and Services of the students: The sponsored aspirants are not provided with any scholarship with (Services and DRDO)
- Sponsored Students from Other Agencies/Organizations: The applicants who are sponsored for different agencies and organizations are not provided with any scholarships.
- Scholarship Students: The scholarship of the category students for provided eligibility under the scheme of DBT as well as AICTE which is during the M.Tech Course (At present the amount is Rs. 12, 400/-)
- Self Sponsored Students: The financial support and scholarship are not provided to the self-sponsored students.
DIAT SCHOLARSHIP FOR Ph. D. STUDENTS
- MoD Sponsored Students: No specific scholarship is given to the applicants who are sponsored by MOD.
- Sponsored Students from Other Agencies/Organizations: The sponsored candidates are not provided with any scholarship for different Organizations/ Other agencies.
- Internal and External Part-time Ph.D. students: Internal and External part-time Ph.D. students are not provided with any specific scholarship.
- Full-Time Students: Different students who are getting admission to Ph.D. programs as full-time students who are not sponsored (i.e. the scholarship of the students) for eligibility of Scholarship according to the rules of the institute.

They must also apply to UGC for JRF/SRF categories getting the criteria of eligibility.
- Self-Sponsored Students: No financial support/ no specific scholarship is given to the students with self-sponsored service.
