CUG has created simple online form filling which includes the processing and issuing of the hall ticket etc. This process do not take more than few minutes. Once the form is filled by the applicant the application number is provided to the students which has the only reference. The payment of the application form is through the net baking/ credit/ debit). After the payment is made the applicant is getting acknowledgement which is required for producing the clarifications of during the process of admission.

The courses list is offered for the duration of 2017-18 for the academic session and availability on the webpage of the admission along with the prospectus.

Presently, availability of the scholarship for M.A./ M.Sc. programmes. For the M.Phil.-Ph.D. programmes, UGC non-NET scholarship is getting availability for the applicants for the selection of admission. The fellowship of UGC non-NET fellowship amount for the programme is Rs. 5000/- and the PhD programme is of Rs. 8000/- monthly.

Since CUG is operating from the campus which is temporary, facility of hostel is also limited. CUG is not alloted a position in the hostel on immediate basis. The students must also avail accomodation which is private and on the sharing basis in Gandhinagar city.
