The B.R.A. Senate is a body made up of members of the B.R.A. The Academic Board's plan to open the University's Distance Learning Center to impart education to enthusiastic candidates in an open and remote environment was granted retroactive approval by the University of Bihar, Muzaffarpur, at its meeting on March 2, 1997.
