The career development program offered by our training and placement cell for the students for entering the corporate world, developing and establishing them with their employers for meeting their expectations and aspirations. The training programs are developed and signed after the thorough analysis of different requirements to open up the horizons which are varied companies. To provide a training program helping in-house training in reputable training institutes, enabling the students with the specific help with in-house training team with reputable training institutions.

The key objectives of the Department of Training and Placements are

  • To prepare the student community for the niche need that matches the requirements of employers.
  • To bring forth and develop an incessant institute-industry interaction
  • To shore up the industry to identify the best talents
  • To conduct the gap between the industry and fresh graduates and mold those to fit the requirements of industrial need.

Other Activities Like

  • Counseling on job opportunities.
  • Helping students in industry visits
  • Train students for BEC exam for different levels (‎Business Preliminary – ‎Business-Higher – ‎Business Vantage)

Society, student community, and industry are offered the following:

  • To prepare flyers for the institution's branding and awareness.
  • To register the qualified students for training and sharpen the skills to fit the need of the industry
  • To invite prospective companies to campus
  • To arrange industrial institutional interface and promote signing MoU’s.
  • To provide in-plant training in industries
  • To identify student representatives and encourage team spirit and teamwork among them

Department coordinators Responsibilities

  • To recognize the vibrant student representatives for the department who will vigorously partake in placement work. 
  • Make clear to the students about the activities of Career Development and Corporate Relations.
  • Information is acquired from the placement team and identify and organize the students for training based on the eligibility.
  • Be present at the time of campus interview along with the student representatives to motivate and facilitate students in their department, collect the list of selected students, and inform the students individually.
  • To facilitate the communication process between the department and Career Development and Corporate Relations Cell.
