Dayananda Sagar University Admission 2024-25:Dayanand Sagar University is one of the good educational universities located in the Indian state of Karnataka, city of Bangalore. Dayanand Sagar University Admission is based on offline and online modes. Only those students who meet the basic eligibility set by Dayanand Sagar University can use any mode to apply in the UG and PG courses. DSU Phd admission is announced and the last date to apply is 06 October 2024. 

On the other hand, DSU entertainers only offline forms for Ph.D. courses. The university is offering a total of 53 courses in 9 different fields, and the duration for undergraduate courses is three years except for BTech (4 years).

DSU UG Admission 2024-25

DSU UG admission is open for Engineering, commerce & management, basic & applied sciences, health science, and arts faculties. The students can advance their learning with BTECH Computer Science & Engg., BCA, BBA, BCOM, BSC Life Sciences, MBBS, PHARMD , BPHARM, BSC Nursing,  PB BSC Nursing and many other programmes. DSU offers admission on the entrance as well as the merit of the qualifying exam. However one must complete schooling (HSC) from a recognised board of India before applying for admission.

DSU Admission 2024-25 is announced and the last date is 06 October 2024. The admission in BTECH, BCOM, MBBS and BPHARM will be based on a performance in the university or national level entrance tests. Hence applicants of BTECH will need to pass the DSU entrance test, but MBBS aspirants will get an entry on qualifying the NEET UG.

DSU PG admission has opened for various programs such as MTECH Engg., MBA, MSC Microbiology, MSC Biochemistry, MPHARM, MSC Nursing, MPT, and MTECH. Admission in engineering, commerce & management, pharmacy, and technology departments will be granted on the DSAT entrance test of a university. However, the students are required to possess a minimum percentage in a bachelor’s degree with a relevant stream for the applied programme.

One can apply to the MSC Biotechnology programme on scoring 45 in ug with related subjects. Qualified students in JEE, CET, or DSAT can apply in the MTECH programme.

Candidates who are interested in learning eng., law, sciences, comm., & mgt., arts, design, and humanities-driven programs can visit DSU online application form portal. The registration has been structured in six parts consisting of Register, Verify Mobile, Fill Form, Download PDF, Pay Fees, and Upload Documents. DSC application form fee is non-refundable.

• The student will check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form.
• Once the application deadline is over, admit cards will be sent to the aspirants and they can appear for the examination based on their allotted centres.
• University declares the Result after completing the Exam and students can take admission based on the merit list.

Dayananda Sagar University Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

Admission to various programs offered by DSU is based on certain criteria, as explained below:

• The student should have passed 12th with 45% marks in the science stream for the UG course from any recognized board.
• A student should have passed a degree course from any recognized university.
• For admission in B.Tech – Computer Science & Engineering, students need 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. General category students have to carry 45% marks whereas SC/ST category students have 40% marks.
• To get Admission to the B.Tech course, the applicants must get a valid score in the COMEDK UGET, KCET, or DSAT entrance exam.
• For M.Tech programs, the students need to have a good score in the Karnataka PGCET entrance exam.
• A valid score in the Karnataka PGCET entrance exam is necessary for an MBA program.

For UG and PG programs, the applicants must have a Pre-university course and a UG degree, respectively. But for PhD courses and PG diplomas, the applicants need to have a PG degree.
