Before submitting their application, applicants for the National PG College admission form 2026 must carefully read the prospectus. The following documents must be attached in self-attested copies:

• Pass certificate and grade report from the eighth and twelfth grades, or equivalent.
• results of the most recent exam passed.
• Documentary evidence demonstrating that the applicant did not enroll in another college or university in 2026-2026 must be provided if the candidate completed his or her qualifying test in 2026 or earlier.
• Notarized declaration attesting that the candidate is not implicated or being investigated or tried about any IPC provisions.
• Character Certificate from the Institution's Head, from which the candidate received a passing grade on their most recent test as a regular candidate (original certificate shall have to be submitted at the time of counselling).
• The Superintendent of Police, the District Magistrate, or a Gazetted Officer's Character Certificate must be submitted by applicants who completed their most recent test as private candidates. Before February 28, 2026, the certificate should not have been granted.
• Applicants requesting admission to reserved seats are needed to submit an authenticated copy of their caste or CMO certificate. The candidate cannot receive any reservation advantages if the original certificate is not presented at the time of counselling.

• Applications that are not comprehensive won't be taken into consideration for admission.
