KVASU Admission 2024: The newly formed Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Kerala Veterinary & Animal Science University was established on 14th June 2010 by the Government of Kerala. KVASU offers multiple courses at UG, PG, and Ph.D. levels under three faculties such as Veterinary and animal Science, Dairy Science and poultry Science. 

The minimum eligibility criteria for UG and PG courses is that students must pass class 12th and Graduate with at least 50% marks in a relevant discipline from the UGC-recognized board/university. 

The student’s admission is determined by the result of the entrance exam and merit in the qualifying examination. Students can apply online by visiting the KVASU official website.

Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University are located in Pookode, Kerala, South India, and was founded in 2010. KVASU provides education, research, and extension services in the field of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.    KVASU Eligibility Criteria

• To Apply For  BVSc & AH and B.Tech Courses, the candidate must have appeared for an entrance test, known as  Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical. Which is conducted by the Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Exams.
• To Apply for a B.Sc course, Students must have to appear in an entrance test administered by the university. Selection will be done purely on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam.
• For admissions in all of the Postgraduate programs, the candidates need to appear in an entrance exam which is conducted by the university. Candidates would be selected as per their obtained marks in the exam.
• KVASU P.h. D program, the qualifying degree marks, a written entrance test, and an interview conducted by the university will decide the selection of candidates.

• For admission to any programs, Students must have to apply online application on the official website of the University and make a payment through Demand Draft or Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking.
• If the student wishes to study a certificate course in a multi-skill development program skill is taken as admission eligibility which is assessed by a skill test and based on the interview.

KVASU provides the training on stipendiary and vocational training to several sections of the public. Every year conduct an Inservice-programme for an officer of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development. Most of the officers got benefitted from the training programs. KVASU also provides vocational training by ATMA and other organizations.
