National University Of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Admission 2024-25: It is a uni-disciplinary university located in Kochi. NUALS offers various courses in undergraduate and post-graduate legal education. NUALS offers the following programs:

National University Of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Admission 2024-25
The application forms are already out and applicants can apply through the official website. National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Admission 2024 will make the selection for its UG and PG courses on the basis of CLAT marks, which is a centralized admission test for the law. The online application process has already begun in January and the last date for submission of application forms is March 31. There is a reservation of 49% for the students of Kerala, SC/ST, and other categories.
National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Admission 2024 offers B.A. LL.B. (Hons) of 5-year duration on UG level. The course is offered under the Choice Based Credit & Semester System Courses on frontier areas of law such as Maritime Law, Media & Telecommunications Law, Forensic Science, and Psychological Medicine & Law are also offered by the university as a part of its B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme.
For the BA LLB (Hons.) Degree Course intake shall be 60 of which 31 seats will be filled on the basis of all India merit and the remaining seats are reserved for candidates of different categories. In addition to the 60 seats, 2 seats for Foreign Nationals and 6 seats for NRI Sponsored candidates are reserved as Supernumerary Quota. Students of these categories do not have to appear for CLAT, they can directly apply in the prescribed format by visiting the official website of the University.

National University Of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) Eligibility Criteria 2024-25
Being Eligible For This Course A Candidate Needs To Fulfill The Following Criteria:-
Admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree course shall be based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree course shall be based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
a) The candidate for CLAT shall have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate examination (10+2) or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45 % marks. b) Exemption upto 5% from the requirement of the minimum of 45% for the qualifying examination is given to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) [declared eligible for reservation in the State of Kerala] and upto 3% to the candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes [declared eligible for reservation in the State of Kerala]. These categories are allowed to apply for CLAT if they obtain not less than 40 % and 42 % of marks, respectively, in the qualifying examination. c) Students who are appearing for the qualifying examination are allowed to appear for CLAT. However, they should submit the results of the qualifying examination at the time of admission. If they do not do so, the candidates shall be considered ineligible.
Note:- Students appearing for the qualifying examination are allowed to appear for CLAT provided they should submit the results of the qualifying examination at the time of admission or else they will be considered ineligible.
