As the services of the Career team has the objective of guiding and providing counselling to the students providing excellent opportunities for achieving the unique ambitions. Whether there are jobs, research or a start-up, higher studies, helping and believing the true calling. The Career Services at JKLU, therefore, works in partnership with the students, faculty, business and industry for understanding both requirements of the world of work as well as students ambitions and desires. The channels having the Career services team helping the students with finding their journeys beyond JKLU as below:

100% Career & Placement Assistance- For those students who are interested in joining the workforce in different organisations, the career services providing complete support for bringing some of the excellent and best students are recruited from JKLU. Similarly, for those interested in the higher studies, the team guides the students in accordance with the requirements of the discipline of their choice. In addition, the Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship has already had 4 startups from the University supporting the development of entrepreneurs.

Guidance & Mentorship- The Career Services has enclosed with an industry expert, with the stellar experience, serving as Mentor-Student transformation for guiding and counselling the students beyond the career JKLU preparing them for excellent life ahead.

Practice and internship schools- The team helps in facilitating summer internships for the students of Institute of management and Practice Schools 1 (PS-1) and Practice School 2 (PS-2) for the students of Institute of engineering and technology.

Development of skills- Every individual should continuously be working towards the constant development of skills for staying ahead of changing times which are relevant. For the different kind of training sessions and centre of communication & critical thinking. The career services team at JKLU helps in making the students employable for their careers and lives.
