IIS University has good training, counseling, and placement cell, they excision of career counseling, career guidance, and employment opportunities for the students. The placement cell ensures that representatives from the variously recognized education institute and national and international companies visit the university. The placement cell ensures that representatives from various multi-national companies not only to apprise the students in the many courses and jobs available but also to chose and train them for requisite job skills.   

The placement organizes excellent talk through experts in career prospects in a different sector. The cell liaises with many organizations establishments, corporate houses etc. for the selecting students from all disciplines and organizing campus interview. The placement cell undertakes a host of activities as- summer internship, arranging campus interview, organizing programs and workshops for the developing and enhancing employability skill as- facing interview, writing a resume, communication skill, and participating in the group discussion. Undertaking counseling session and career guidance on one the basis and arranging and creating value-added industrial training for the students.

The university provides placement training for the students, this training gives complete knowledge of how to face an interview and how to pass aptitude tests. This training gives grooming tips so that we may be well groomed on the day of the placement, which students can increase our skills.
