Icfai Foundation for Higher Education has a very systematic approach toward creating the career of students through a career management center that implements and plans the placement activities throughout the year. The university has a track record of achieving good placement every year, with the best company visiting the campus to recruit the students. The university provides placement facilities for the students and it is managed by the placement office of the university.  Every year the career management center visits the best companies around one thousand, and they increase the good relationship between industries and students. This interaction with the industry equips the career management team to provide suitable career planning to the students. Career management center helps to improve recruitments and maintain strong industry contacts. 

The career management center providing a strong foundation through the workshop, and the pre-placement talk. They provide career counseling to students, and a personality development workshop, which helps students can improve our personality. There is the salary package offered is around three lakh per annum and the highest salary package offered is around thirteen lakh per annum. A number of multinational and national companies have recruited the students by campus recruitment. The placement selection depends on the student's obtain marks, capabilities, and knowledge. The personality development programs are organized like placement activities' part.
