The training and placement cell is providing a specific interface which is between the companies and the university maintaining a vibrant, symbiotic and relationship with purpose with the industries all over India. With the result, the impressive records of placement in percentage terms of the students providing placement to the students on various companies who visit the campus having salary packages which are the very alluring and bright career to the students. The training and placement cell has equipment of seminar hall having seating capacity of PPTS, 40 seating capacity air-conditioned lounge, Board Rooms, Smart classes internet lab, air-conditioned committee room for examination hall and group discussion providing availability by the University for organizing the interview for final year students as well as training programmes for the pre-final year students for the preparation of recruitment of various recruitment programmes. The university has the computer lab for the online test accumulation of 130 students in a single shift. The students have the capacity for thinking beyond the boundaries of leading-edge and developing the quality research environment. For various reasons of corporate providing placement to the echelon institute for the campus recruitment programmes.

The Placement Cell performs the following functions:

• Development of interaction of institute, organizing the frequent visits of industries for the projects and relevance of industrial relevance for academia.
• Nurturing the institute interaction, coordinating the frequent industrial visits, for projects and industrial relevance for the students, the industry and the academic development.
• Coordinating and organizing the programme of campus placement, assisting the aspirants for fetching the excellent placement.
• The students help in defining the interest of the career through individual expert counselling
• The availability of the database for the job profile of the companies helping the students in analyzing the choice of the company of their interests. The department has its active database file of near about 6000 companies.

• The feedback of the students according to the improvement of curriculum to visit the faculty of the companies assuring the curriculum following the advanced industrial trends.
• The facilities are provided for visiting the companies for organizing and conducting the pre-placement talks, online Test, written test, interviews and group discussions.
• The expert lecture is organized on different topics.

Training and Placement cell has the finest team of coordinating the students for sharpening various processes. Facilitating the panel of the interview with accommodation of AC in the Guest House of the University.
