Dayalbagh Educational Institute was established in 1917 by the Uttar Pradesh Government. DEI University is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Accreditation by the NAAC with an "A" Grade. Dayalbagh Educational Institute has more than 500 faculties. DEI University has a central library where 1,83,413 Books, 9 Newspapers Subscribed, 114 Journals, and 10 Magazines Subscribed are available. University provides the hostel, transport, canteen, and other facilities to the students and university staff.
DEI Hostels facilities:
Dayalbagh Educational Institute has a hostel facility that is available to students both boys and girls. Those who are maintaining all the discipline and follow all the rules and regulations. Hostel facilities are also available for merit list students. There is no reserved for hostels' seats. Students will get only vegetarian food served in the hostels. Alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
