SVBP is a state institute that was founded in 2000. This institute offers courses at UG and PG levels along with diploma and Ph.D. (68 seats) in Biotechnology, agriculture, and veterinary science streams. At UG level, B.Sc. (Hons.) in agriculture, B.Tech in biotechnology, and B.V.Sc. & A.H. in veterinary science is offered. At PG level, M.Sc. in agriculture and biotechnology and M.Tech in agriculture engineering are offered.

Students must appear for CATET (Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test) to be eligible for admission 2021 at SVBP. Application mode is online.

Important Details About the University Admission 2021-22

This university admission 2021 procedure for the PG course started in June and the procedure ends in July. If the candidate takes admission in Ph.D. courses (68 Seats) then-candidate fill the application form in December month. The university takes Rs. 350 additional fee for the Ph.D. course. This university also offers the reservation of the SC/ST candidates.

Admission 2021-22 Eligibility Criteria 

1. If the candidate takes admission in undergraduate then the candidate must be required the passing mark sheet of the 12th class from a recognized board.
2. If the candidate takes admission in Postgraduation then the candidate must be required the graduation degree from a recognized university.
3. If the candidate takes admission to the Ph.D. program then the candidate must be required a post-graduation degree from a recognized university in a relevant subject.
