Kakatiya DDE University runs 120 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in many faculties- Humanities, Science, Commerce, Business Management departments, and much more. The university also offers various Diploma and Professional courses.
Kakatiya University has included several new courses in its Distance Education 2024-25 mode. The university provides UG courses like BA, BSc, BCA, B.com, and PG courses such as MA, MSc, MCA, M. Kakatiya University Distance Education has been bringing new courses as per the demand of students. Of late, distance learning of Kakatiya University has introduced three Postgraduate Diploma courses such as

• PG Diploma courses in Computer Application
• Business Management
• Guidance and Counseling.

Details of these courses are given below.

PGDCA: For admission to this course, the interested candidates must complete a UG level course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The admission for this course will be made on a merit basis, and the candidate will be needed to clear the personal interview.
PGDBM: Students need to have a Graduate degree, which is the minimum qualification set by the university.
PGDGC: Need graduation degree in Psychology or MA/M Sc. In Psychology.

1. Fee Concession : For Unemployed SC/ST/all categories of unemployed women, there shall be a fee concession of Rs.200/-
2. Mode of Payment : The fees can be paid through online at the time of submission of application form or through DD drawn in favour of The Director, SDLCEKU, Kakatiya University, payable at Warangal from SBI/UBI or through a Challan at the SBI Extension Counter, SDLCE head office, KU Campus, Warangal.

KU Distance Education Admission 2024-25 Process

• The process of admission would be through the offline medium. The university has decided to accept only offline applications. Follows are the process of application.
• Applicants have to download the application form. They should visit the university's official portal.
• The application form is available at SDLCEKU head office or any study center of SDLCEKU.
• Read the prospectus carefully where details like fee, regulation, study center, and other information are given.
• Candidates need to affix the passport size photographs.
• The application fee for the postgraduate diploma is Rs 250.
• Fees for all undergraduate courses are Rs 200.
• Application fees of several M.SC courses and a PG Diploma in counseling and guidance would be Rs 500.

Mode of Payment

• Applicants have to pay the application fees through Challan at the State Bank of India only at the SDLCEKU branch.
• Demand Draft of SBI or Andhra bank will be payable to the director, SDLCEKU, Kakatiya University, Warangal.
• Students will have to mention their name, address, and course on the back of the Demand Draft.
• The university will not accept any other form of payments like money orders or Postal orders.
• SC, ST, women, and unemployed students who want concession must fill the concession form. Then candidates have to verify their forms from the chief operating officer before submission.

• Students are required to provide several documents at the time of the submission of the application form.
• Candidates need to present both original and xerox copies of the Transfer Certification (TC)
• Submit a photocopy of degree or provisional certificate.
• Students who belong to other universities have to present an original certificate of Migration.
• Students of SC, ST, and OBC need to produce a xerox copy of the caste certificate.
• Every candidate needs to bring a photocopy of the birth certificate or 10th certificate to verify the date of birth.
• Candidates need to bring a photocopy of their +2-mark sheet or likewise examination.
