Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science provides an environment for personality students to students. Personality development workshops are organized in the university for all the students with a view to equipping them with the required soft skill required to beat the selection process and emerge successful in the competitive world. The students are exposed to communication, training, leadership skills. The university undergoes extempore, personal interviews session, and group discussion. Every year around two thousand students of the pre-final and final year postgraduate and undergraduate program benefits from these workshops.  There seventy-four national and multi-national companies hosted their Campus Recruitment drive in the University.  Indian Navy, Juspay, DBS Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra, Protechsoft,  EmberUR Systems, Amazon, Kaar Technologies are the few recruiters given dream status and Amazon was the major International recruiter.  they have offered the highest salary package of around fifteen lakh Per Annum. 

The Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science provides pre-placement training while students stepped into the six semesters after three-week training companies started visiting the university to hire students and most of the students got placed. Eighty percent of students got placed in the major company as- Infosys, Accenture, Honda etc. The many more students got placed based on our performance. The placement selection depends on the students obtains marks, activities, and knowledge. There the salary package is offered around six lakh per annum. The placement is some good for the mechanical and automobile.
