In India, it was the first state university to focus on Physical Education and Sports Education. Located in Tamil Nadu, it is accredited with a “B” grade by NAAC.
Presently, the varsity has five departments: Physical Education, Yoga, Exercise, Physiology & Biomechanics, Sports Management and Sports Psychology, Advanced Sports Training and Technology, and Statistics and Computer Applications. Besides degree courses, numerous programmes are offered as diplomas and postgraduate diplomas in the sports-related field. Additionally, the distance learning mode is also open to the students.

Tamilnadu Sports University Admission 2024
Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University provide students with PG, Ug, diploma, and certificate programs for the 2024 academic year. If applicants take admitted to this University then there is a facility for on-the-spot admission. But the candidate must pass all eligibility criteria of the university. How to fill out the application form.
TNPESU Admission for sessions2024 is based on Merit in the last qualifying exam. But for PG level courses such as Ph.D., MPEd, MPhil, etc., the students will need to appear and score good marks. Then they may also attend counseling.
Tamilnadu Sports University application form will open soon, then only a candidate can apply for online admission. But before to fill the application form the candidate is cleared all criteria. The student can pay the fee by DD.
- If the candidate paid the fee then the fee is not adjusted in other work.
- some documents are required for admission like a photocopy of Aadhar card, mentioned correct email Id, correct contact number, and effective address.
- if the candidate wants to change course and specialization then they can change them within one month of admission.
- If the candidate is from another state the migration is required for admission.
Candidate must require the passport size photo in the application form and 3 stamp size
