Post Graduate College of Science, Admission: The University College of Science, Saifabad, is part of Osmania University and is located at Masab Tank in Hyderabad. It was established in 1951 near Banjara Hills and initially offered only intermediate courses in Gulbarga. Later, it was moved to its current location in Saifabad with the help of Nawab Ali Yavar Jung Bahadur, the then Vice-Chancellor of Osmania University. The college has a peaceful campus spread over 18 acres with beautiful gardens, and it features a 175-million-year-old fossil gifted by the Geological Survey of India.
