OCEM, Khorda, Admission: In 2000, a group of academic and IT experts started Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) and Oxford Secondary School (OSS) in Gaindakot, near Narayangarh in central Nepal, to meet societal and national needs. OSS, affiliated with Nepal's National Examination Board, offers +2 programs in fields like Biology, Computer Science, Management, Hotel Management, Mass Media, and Law, and recently began basic education from Grade 0 to 10. As part of OCEM, OSS has excelled by achieving the top position in national exams three times.
