JSS Academy, Noida, Admission: The Jagadguru Veerasimhaasana Peetha was established in the 11th Century A.D. by Adi Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Shivayogi Mahaswamiji in Sutturu, a village in Nanjangud taluk, Mysuru District, Karnataka, about 28 km from Mysuru city. The Peetha has been working hard to improve society in many ways, including religious, social, educational, and economic development. It believes that true social progress can only happen when the needs of the poor and socially backward communities are taken care of. To achieve this, the Peetha runs many programs to help people and spread awareness about important social issues, following its belief that "work is worship."
