Ismail Yusuf College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Admission: Ismail Yusuf College, also known as "I Y College," is the fourth oldest college in Mumbai, India, and the oldest in North Mumbai. It was established in 1930 with the help of a big donation from Sir Mohammed Yusuf Ismail. The college is managed by the Government of Maharashtra and is located on Jogeshwari Hill. The foundation stone of the college was laid by Sir Leslie Orme Wilson, who was the Governor of Bombay at that time, in 1924.
