VDCASCPGS Bangalore Admission: The college was started in 1970 in Gandhi Nagar by the Delhi government with support from UGC to help women in the Trans-Yamuna area get higher education. It began in a school building with about 300 students in the B.A. (Pass) course. The foundation stone of its own building was laid in 1976 and opened in 1979. Over time, the college became very popular, and now it is one of the top choices for women seeking higher education in that area.
