Dr. M C Saxena Group of Colleges Admission: Dr. M. C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) in Lucknow, started by Professor M. C. Its large campus is spread over 30 acres near the River Gomti and follows the traditional Indian style of learning. MCSGOC is run by the Society for the Advancement of Environmental Sciences, established in 1986.
